Platform use
SajiloEstate provides property discovery and listing-management tools. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.
Listing responsibility
Property owners, agents, and listing managers are responsible for the accuracy of listing details, pricing, availability, images, and contact information they submit.
Verification and moderation
SajiloEstate may review, reject, update, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, misleading, abusive, duplicate, or inconsistent with platform policies.
No guarantee of transaction outcome
SajiloEstate facilitates discovery and communication, but does not guarantee tenancy, sale completion, property condition, legal title, or outcomes between parties.
Changes to the service
We may update features, pricing (if applicable), policies, and these terms over time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Listing information is user-submitted and may change over time. Always confirm pricing, availability, and legal/property details directly before making commitments.
